Now let’s get straight to the point:

My main goal this year is to release more than 4 batches for you…

BUT the first one will be in March.

BUUUUUT I’m exceptionally opening preorders for a month, starting tomorrow on the webshop and ending February 1st!

Why?

Many reasons, so I’ll take a bit of your precious time for a quick transparent rundown of my schedule with some details:

1_JANUARY = INVENTORY CHECK + ORDERING COMPONENTS

Starting next week, with the help of the first preorders.

As a self-funded company with luxury component taste, I still can’t afford to buy BIG bulk and stock everything in advance…

Also, I’ve been getting deeper into custom parts, from hidden stuff like screws and washers to mechanical parts like potentiometers (2 years of research but a huge step forward by the way! 100% durability and double actuary… I’ll talk more about it in another update)

To speed things up…I’ll FINALLLLY !this time for real! start training a skillful solderer to assist me on soldering duties.

2_FEBRUARY = SOLDERING & ASSEMBLY

This phase should start in February, since component lead times are usually 3 to 4 weeks.

9-to-9 mode. No work-life balance!

3_TESTING • PACKING • SHIPPING

Starting end of February.

By then I should be able to ship the first preorders.

4_MARCH BATCH

Webshop will open again with a full restock, and it’ll be WAR TIME for those who didn’t preorder.

Date is TBA, but aiming for mid-March, just after the preorder shipping and inventory check.

So now you know what I’ll be doing for the next 3 months.

Please, in the meantime, make some noise for me and keep sharing your lovely patches so I remember why I’m doing this and keep doing it with love and passion.

Oh and… fck ADHD, I forgot to talk about retailers.

I still don’t know if I’ll work with any. Still too emotionally attached to my modules, so it feels weird to talk business margins and all that…But yeah, maybe one day I’ll stop being a caveman.

That said, custom fees outside Europe aren’t that bad,  pretty close to what Europeans pay after VAT is added at checkout, sometimes even better but yeah…Still a bit random tho…
